Hi Carole hi Mizzy,
I made this felt turtle for the younger son of my twin sister’s daughter. The little boy was maybe 9 months old and very ill, so I wanted to give him a special stuffed animal. The neckties were my fathers, so now the child has something of the great grandfather he never knew. I should have explained this in text in the post.
Thanks so much for your comments.
