I was asked by several readers what I actually eat. I share this with the reminder to all readers that all bodies are different and what works well for me might not work for you. We are all wonderfully different from each other. We have varied likes and dislikes. We have different cultural backgrounds and foods we grew up with. Our food history will influence our current eating habits. Our nutritional needs are not uniform but as varied as we ourselves are.
